工作内容：

Description:
IT Asset Management
•    Manage Infosys for hardware asset management
•    Provide Ad-hoc reporting on IT asset. Arrange inventory check, document asset loss.

IT Financial Management
•    Assist department with IT budget management, business case calculation and cost tracking, aggregate and analyze actual & forecast figures, reporting, procurement management and invoice verification.
•    Support team for OP, EA, cost spending tracking and relevant tasks.

Contract & Procurement Management
•    Work with procurement team to manage the contract creation, execution and analysis to maximize operational and financial performance at the organization.

IT Supplier Management
•    Support the team for Infosys Ecosystem implementation.

IT Shop Management
•    Work with Infosys to ensure accurate offering inside IT shop
•    Guide end users to follow company regulations for new IT equipment / software application.
•    Monitor infosys performance for IT equipment delivery.  Connect end user’s inquiries with infosys team to provide transparency.

Qualifications:
o Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education background in computer science and information systems .

o Experience
•    1-year working experience with project management.
•    1-year working experience with budget plan, cost tracking.

o Specific Knowledge
•    Ability to connect policy, projects and operations.
•    Strong verbal and written in Mandarin and English skills
•    Strong communication skills, understanding background of different audience, communicate in the language they can easily follow.
•    Good presentation skills.
•    Strong customer focus
•    Good analytic skills.
•    Ability to influence stakeholders for result, manage supplier to top performance
